Frequently Asked Questions

Partner-Hub is the Women TechEU community platform. It connects Winners (founders in the Women TechEU programme) with Investors, Corporates and Caretakers who can support them — plus lets you discover members, chat, request matches, and join events.

Winner — a founder that is/was a beneficiary of the Women TechEU programme.
Investor — an investor looking to connect with Winners as part of their dealflow.
Corporates & Stakeholders — a company or other organisation offering partnerships, pilots or support for the benefit of the Winners.
Caretaker — a partner from the Women TechEU consortium that offers support to the Winners in their journey through the programme.. Your member type is set when you register and shown on your profile.

New registrations are reviewed by an admin before they're approved. Until then your account shows as pending and some features are limited. You'll get full access as soon as an admin approves you — this is usually quick, but if it's taking a while you can reach out via Chat once you're able to, or contact an admin directly by emailing on [email protected] .

Go to My Profile in the top navigation bar. You can update your details, photo, organisation info, sectors and more at any time — just remember to hit Save changes at the bottom of the page. Different users have very different questions in their profile - please reach out to an admin if you are unsure what is meant by any of the fields

Matching connects you with the right people based on your role. When a match is requested it goes through a quick admin review first to keep the community high-quality and once it is approved from the admin, then also the other side of the match needs to agree to it. Once a match is active, you can chat freely with that person from the My Matches page.

Winners can chat with any other Winner right away. Everyone else needs an active match with that person first. This is of course except chatting with admins: you can always message an admin, and an admin can always message you.

Open their profile from Discover Members and use the match/request option there (only shown when a request makes sense for your role). Some requests connect you directly with the other person; others are reviewed by an admin first — you'll be notified either way.

The Inbox tab is in the top navigation bar. It only shows conversations you've actually started — not everyone you're technically allowed to message. You can go back to previous conversations by clicking on the name in the list to the left hand side.

The Ally programme recognises Investors, Corporates and other Stakeholders who actively support the Women TechEU community — for example through mentoring, opportunities, or visibility. Allies get a badge on their profile in Discover Members.

If you're an Investor, Corporate or Stakeholder, go to My Profile and click "Request to become a Women TechEU Ally." Your request goes to an admin for review and then we will get in touch to discuss the opportunities that you want to offer to our Winners. There is a small Memorandum of Understanding that will be signed between you and the Women TechEU consortium where you will see both your rights and duties as an Ally based on our discussions together. Allies get promoted publicly on our website and social media channels as a token of appreciation.

Ally requests are reviewed by an admin who handles Ally confirmations. While it's pending, your profile shows an "awaiting approval" note. You'll see the outcome (approved or not) reflected on your profile once it's reviewed. The process normally takes a week or two.

Upcoming events are featured on the Partner-Hub home page, with the date, a live countdown, and a join link once it starts. Keep an eye on the homepage or your email for announcements.

Event details on the home page include who's hosting/administering the session. For anything else about a specific event, reach out via Chat to one of our admins. Some of the events are closed to a specific type of user, or a select group of users according to their roles.

Every admin on Partner-Hub has a specific area they help with — you can see it right on their profile card in Discover Members, and when you open a chat with them for the first time they'll introduce what they can help with. In short: registration approvals, matches, event admin, and the Ally programme are each handled by a specific admin, while general reminders/updates go through the wider admin team. If you're not sure who to ask, message any admin and they'll point you in the right direction.
